At the beginning of each semester, the GW Dining Team coordinates multiple tabling events for OZZI token distribution. Please stop by the table that is most convenient for you.

- I missed OZZI token distribution at the beginning of the semester. How can I get an OZZI token now?
You are able to get a new OZZI token at any time throughout the school year. If you are looking to acquire an OZZI token after the beginning of a semester, you can pick one up from the GW Dining Office.

- What happens to my $5 dining dollar deposit?
To get started with the OZZI Reusable Container Program, you will pay a $5 deposit to receive an OZZI token. This deposit can be paid using dining dollars or campus cash. This is a one-time deposit that enters you into the closed loop system, allowing you to repeat the cycle to take to-go from on-campus dining halls as many times as you would like.
When you return your OZZI token to the GW Dining Office, you will receive a refund of $5 dining dollars or campus cash to your account. Essentially, it would be as if you paid $0 to be a part of the program. However, if you lose your token or reusable container, you will be required to place another $5 dining dollar deposit in order to get a new token to be re-entered into the cycle.
- Can I use an alternative payment method to obtain an OZZI token?
We currently can only accept dining dollars or campus cash for your $5 OZZI token deposit. No other payment methods, including cash and credit/debit can be accepted at this time.
- I am currently participating in the OZZI Reusable Container Program, but I don't know what my next step is. What should I do next?
While participating in the OZZI Reusable Container Program, you should always have either a resuable to-go box or OZZI token in your possession. Please read through the scenario below that best matches your current situation to find out your next step(s).
- If you currently have an OZZI token... give your OZZI token to the cashier working at the entrance of the dining hall. In exchange for your OZZI token, they will give you a clean to-go box that you can fill with food from the line.
- If you currently have an OZZI to-go box... you will want to return that box back to the dining hall of your choice. Dispense the container into one of the OZZI receptacle bins in order to receive a new token back.
- If you have neither... you will need to obtain a new OZZI token to be entered back into the cycle.
- What happens if I lose either my OZZI Token or reusable to-go container?
