Douglas Frazier

Executive Director

Doug is a servant leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Doug is a veteran of the United States Army, with over 20 years of experience in culinary services and food service management. Before coming to GW, Doug worked for the three largest food service companies in the nation: Aramark, Compass, and Sodexo.

As the Executive Director of GW Dining, Doug prioritizes student needs and feedback above all else. He is dedicated to continuously improving the on-campus dining option, and is proud to be "Feeding the Future" here at GW.

Doug also currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Association of College and University Food Service (NACUFS) which allows him to collect insights from other higher education institutions across the nation.

 

Dahnya Rogers

Assistant Director

Dahnya is an accomplished leader in hospitality, event management, and organizational leadership with a proven track record of empowering leaders and building high-impact teams. 

Her career began with a strong culinary foundation at The Culinary Institute of America, earning both an Associate in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Dahnya’s professional journey prior to GW included pivotal roles in the NYC hospitality industry, working for notable culinary giants such as Union Square Hospitality Group.

Dahnya then moved to DC to pursue a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at GW. Since joining the GW Dining Team, Dahnya has led numerous initiatives to improve Dining Services through student engagement and stakeholder collaboration.

 

Emily Eason

Campus Dining Administrator

Emily is a marketing and communications professional, with a double degree from the University of Pittsburgh. In her professional career before GW, Emily worked for several nationally recognized companies including Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (Hersheypark) and Anheuser-Busch.

Having joined the GW Dining Team close to the department's inception, she has been proud to witness the transformation of on-campus dining first-hand. Emily's passion is making connections with others, and what better way to do that than through food?

 

Mahlail Shahid

Senior Customer Service Associate

Mahlail joined GW in 2019 and now oversees dining operations for students on the Foggy Bottom and Mount Vernon campuses.

Mahlail works closely with various departments and individuals to provide smooth and efficient customer service experiences to all.

 

Cammeren Williams

Campus Dining Administrator

Cammeren joined GW in 2023 as a Customer Service Representative and has since transitioned through three different departments, consistently excelling in each role and demonstrating adaptability, dedication, and strong leadership. In Cammeren's current role with GW Dining, he has advanced to overseeing dining operations and maintenance for both the Foggy Bottom and Mount Vernon campuses.

With extensive experience in customer service, leadership, and effective problem-solving, Cammeren brings both operational expertise and a people-first approach to his work. He is deeply committed to supporting students and staff, and takes pride in creating positive experiences with everyone he encounters.
