Douglas Frazier

Executive Director

Doug is a servant leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Doug is a veteran of the United States Army, with over 20 years of experience in culinary services and food service management.

He is excited about the new Residential Dining Program and looking forward to "Feeding the Future" at GW.

 

Dahnya Rogers

Assistant Director

Dahnya may be new to DC, but she isn’t new to hospitality and food service. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she has spent most of her career working in fine dining event management in New York City. Her passion for systems and people’s operations brought her to GW where she is currently pursuing her Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Learning. Dahnya is excited to bring her love of food and building connections to GW as she works to meet the needs of GW students through Dining Services.

 

Emily Eason

Campus Dining Administrator

Emily is a marketing and communications professional, with a double degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Having joined the GW Dining Team close to the department's inception, she has been proud to witness the transformation of on-campus dining first-hand. In her professional career before GW, Emily worked for several nationally recognized companies including Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (Hersheypark) and Anheuser-Busch. Emily's passion is making connections with others, and what better way to do that than through food?

 

Mahlail Shahid

Senior Customer Service Associate

Mahlail joined GW in 2019 and now oversees dining operations for students on the Foggy Bottom and Mount Vernon campuses.

Mahlail works closely with various departments and individuals to provide smooth and efficient customer service experiences to all.
