Meal Plan Updates Request Form

Please fill out the needed information below if you would like to change, add, or cancel your Spring 2026 meal plan selection.

Change Requests

  • By submitting a form response below, you acknowledge and agree to pay the full cost of the new meal plan you select.
  • Residential students must select from the meal plans available to their class year. In the event that a residential student selects a plan not available to their class year through this form, their request will not be processed and they will keep the same meal plan that was originally on their account.
  • The deadline to request a change to your meal plan selection is Monday, January 19, 2026. After that date, no changes can be made.

Voluntary Addition Requests

  • By submitting a form response below, you acknowledge and agree to pay the full cost of the meal plan you select.
  • Nonresidential students are eligible to select from any of the available GW Dining meal plans, regardless of class year.

Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations will only be processed for nonresidential students. In the event that a residential student requests a cancellation through this form, their request will not be processed and they will keep the same meal plan that was originally on their account.
These updates are not processed automatically. Therefore, it will take some time for your update request to be reflected on your account and e-bill. Our team will be handling requests in the order they were received and are committed to handling them in a timely manner.
